8:00 pm: Registration opens at the host hotel, informal riders meeting

BB and BBG riders depart hotel on own schedules

5:00 – 7:00 pm: Dinner at the Heroes Haven

 

Friday, June 9, 2017

SS1K riders depart hotel on own schedules

5:15 am: Rider's Meeting

6:00 am: Haven to Hell riders depart hotel

 

Saturday, June 10, 2017

Haven to Hell riders return to hotel and check in with event staff

10:00 am – 2:00 pm: turn in ride paperwork

3:00 pm: Designated driver shuttle picks up riders at hotel (NOTE: Hoagy’s Heroes does NOT supply alcohol. Guest who wish to consume alcohol must bring their own.)

4:00 pm: Dinner at the Heroes Haven

6:00 pm: Awards presented by Hoagy Carmichael

Rate: $74.00 + taxes per night (single or double occupancy)

Hoagy has reserved a block of 50 rooms at this rate. Unclaimed rooms will be released to the public on May 7, 2017.

Route:

A flag will be provided for you with YOUR OWN RALLY NUMBER to show for each checkpoint photo

The route will not be announced until May 15th!

Costs:

Haven to Hell Rally: $48.00 rider / $40.00 passenger
Includes rally flag, patch, rocker and Hoagy’s Heroes ride certificate
(IBA certification of this ride requires additional fee as described below)

AND ALSO DINNER!!!

SS1K/BB/BBG rides: $40.00 for full IBA package (certificate/license plate backer/sticker)
$30.00 for IBA certificate only
(Passengers will receive a complementary IBA certificate)

Dinner: cost is included for all riders and passengers, $15.00 for others
(For instance, if your wife did not ride with you, but wishes to participate in the dinner, it's $15 a head)

Event t-shirts will be available for preorder during the registration process.

Short sleeve: S-XL - $17.00, 2XL - $19.50, 3XL - $20.50, 4XL – $21.50

THIS IS A CHARITY EVENT!

ALL RIDERS MUST MAKE A CONTRIBUTION TO PARTICIPATE!

All participants who contribute $100 or more will receive one chance to receive prizes during the annual prize drawing, to be held in August, 2017. Larger donations will result in more chances ($200 = 2 chances, etc.). Participants are eligible to win multiple prizes.
