Wednesday, June 23-25, 2021
Riders for alternate rides depart hotels on their own schedules
Friday, June 25, 2021
5:00 am: Rider Meeting for 12-hr-Rally Riders at the Heroes’ Haven, 315 4th Street, Glen Dale WV 26038
6:00 am: Riders depart for 12-hr-Rally
6:00 pm: All Riders must return.
If you are riding in the 12-hr-rally, you will receive the instructions 5 days before the rally via e-mail. You will need to print off all directions and locations.

Hoagy’s Heroes does NOT supply alcohol. Guests who wish to consume alcohol, must bring their own. A designated driver will be available to local motels. Information to follow.

- Saddle Sore 1000 (1000 miles > 24 hours)
- Instate West Virginia 1000 - Bun Burner 1500 (1500 miles > 36 hours)
- DOWN SOUTH 1500 route
- OUT WEST 1500 route - Bun Burner Gold 1500 (1500 miles > 24 hours) ** same route(s) as the BB1500
- Saddle Sore 2000 (2000 miles > 48 hours)
- DOWN SOUTH 2000 route
- OUT WEST 2000 route - Saddle Sore Gold 2000 (2000 miles > 36 hours) ** same route(s) as the SS2000
- 3000 miles (1,500 one way then turn around and come back)
- Trifecta (3 - 1000 mile in-state Saddle Sores thru West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Ohio)
**Note on Ohio route - if you leave at 3am (or really early) it's suggested go to Zanesville and back FIRST - 12 hour Rally (First Ever!)

(includes patch, rocker and Hoagy’s Heroes ride certificate)

Dinner: cost is included for all riders and passengers, $15.00 for others
(For instance, if your wife did not ride with you, but wishes to participate in the dinner, it's $15 a head)

Limited Edition event t-shirts must be ordered by Monday May17, 2021 and will be distributed on the day of the ride.
Both short- and long-sleeve versions are available. Pricing is as follows:
Short sleeve: S-XL - $18.00, 2-4XL- $20.00
Long sleeve: S-XL - $23.00, 2-4XL- $25.00
There will be no re-ordering of event t-shirts for this ride. Standard Hoagy’s Heroes t-shirts available for purchase if you do not order a t-shirt before the deadline.
IBA Certification:
$45.00 for full IBA package (certificate/license plate backer/sticker)
$35.00 for IBA certificate only (Passengers will receive a complementary IBA certificate)

This is a charity ride!
Proceeds to benefit A Special Wish Foundation and Children of Fallen Soldiers’ Relief Fund
You MUST have at least one sponsor to participate.
Each $100 collected will equal one tickets in the prize drawing.
Example: a $300 sponsorship is equal to 3 tickets in the prize drawing.
