We Had a Beautiful Ride for our Buckeye 1000 this year. We had a total of 28 Riders start and finish with 26 riders getting I.B.A. Certification. We had a total of $2,454.22 in Pledges and a total miles average for this ride being 1052.
Information...
This year Hoagy's Heroes will be featuring the "Buckeye 1000" an In-State IBA SaddleSore 1000 World Record Attempt in Ohio. This ride will be 1000 miles or greater and will take place totally in Ohio. More information to come in the months ahead. Launch time will be 12:00 AM (midnight) on Saturday the 26th, Last bike out at 2:00 AM.

Please make sure that you get your rooms in advance, we only have 15 Rooms at each hotel for Friday and Saturday, and the hotels will only hold these rooms until June 11th, after that they will open the left over rooms to the public.
There are a few LARGE events this weekend in St. Clarisville/Wheeling so hotel rooms are going to be hard to come by.

Information...
This years Dawn to Dusk 500 will begin and end at Four Points Sheraton Hotel, Greensburg PA and will also venture out to other states to keep this ride fresh. This ride will be 500 miles or greater. This is a great ride for people who are wanting to start out on Long Distance riding and want to start out with an easier ride for their first ride. This ride is also great for people who like to take a nice daytime ride but don't want to do 1000+ mile ride. This ride is very relaxing and great to see some sights and meet new people. We usually have a nice little get together after its over and maybe eat and have a few drinks and talk about the ride.
We are working on a starting and finish point for this ride and will keep you up to date as soon as we know anything.

The Tennessee Volunteer 1000 ride is being organized by Charles Reese (aka tinpony) and friends, and will be a World Record attempt at the most Honda Runes in an IBA SaddleSore ride, but you don't need to be riding a Rune to participate in this charity ride.
This ride is open to ALL riders and ALL types of motorcycles.
This ride is also a In-State World Record Attempt for Tennessee, so this ride will be totally in Tennessee.
Come join us as we ride across the 3 grand divisions of the great State of Tennessee! We will begin in the East Division in Erwin riding across the Middle Division through Nashville and into the Western Division to Memphis. On the flag these three regions are bound together in an unbroken circle. What a great opportunity to see such a beautiful state TWICE!!!

Hoagy's Heroes, Inc. will be yet again trying to beat the World Record of the most riders to finish an IBA Back to Back SaddleSore, this is 2,000+ Miles in 48 hours or less. This year's Back to Back SaddleSore will begin and end at the Carmichael's Irish Pub (aka Hoagy's Garage). Hoagy's Heroes, Inc. will provide a dinner party at the Carmichael's Irish Pub after the ride (BYOB), bring a guest or guests for only $20.00 per person.

Prices to participate in IBA certification:
$37 per rider includes, certificate, pin and plate back OR $28 per rider for 'certificates only'.
If you want a BunBurner or BunBurner Gold Certification than you will need to double this cost.
This is a pledge ride, so to participate, riders and passengers are asked to have at least one charity donation each or pledges from a sponsor. Donations will go to Hoagy’s Heroes, Inc. Selected Charities.
